Chicken feet are common in many Asian dishes and are surprisingly tasty if not somewhat bizzare.

They use in food in Western cultures has been more limited to stock and pie fillings (back in the day they put ANYTHING in pies)

But seeing a pair for sale as "excellent craft center pieces" is just plain weird.... .....

If you haven't tried chicken feet, it's not really fair to say, "Ick."

Personally, I grew up on "douchi" which is a delicacy of duck feet in black bean paste. It was served in fancy Chinese restaurants, especially during weddings, New Year's, and other festivities.
Very good!!!

Because I don't raise duck, just chicken, I make this Asian delicacy with chicken feet. Still good, but much better with duck feet, due to the extra webbing.

YUM! Makes a great appetizer............. :)

My kids love the chicken feet! I need to get salt so they can set them up as decorations for halloween and what ever they want. I have thought about giving some to my dogs, but am not sure if they need to be cooked first or not!
