Selling eggs in CT?

Question: Does one need a license/permit to sell eggs to an independent business in Connecticut? It's not a farmer's market, its an established business, but not a chain store or corporation. I looked on the state website for anything relating to the sale of eggs, but the only thing I saw was something about egg grading and the sale of live poultry.

I heard that I might need some sort of insurance or something like that, but the business is okay with getting the eggs from me without it, just as long as I don't get in trouble.
