selling of hen and duck eggs in ny state

hi i have been looking for info on selling my duck and hen eggs this years as i am always overrun with them i have 38 ducks and 40 hens some people say i need a permit to do it and others say i dont
i cannot find it any place what i need to do any one know for sure if i need a permit to sell them and also any one know how much the duck eggs should sell for thanks
