We are selling our first duck eggs at the farmers market in Sissonville today:

Sorry for the double post, the BYC app crashed during posting and reposted after restart.
People are so scared about the strong taste of duck-eggs! We had plenty of test purchases, 2-4 eggs and in the end we bartered a basket of eggs for five lbs of tomatoes.
I'm sure next week will be better, gotta need to hook your customers…

Every egg stamped with the day it was laid. - People thought they are all expired!

If they only knew how old those store bought eggs are when they buy them! I hope you get a market for them, try baking something with them bakers will love the duck eggs.

The pastor's wife is selling "cake-pops" and they bought some duck-eggs and will try them out for next week's batch.

I describe them as »eggier« and fluffier. I love them scrambled with some fresh parsley! Toast, scrambled eggs and as slice of ham on top - i'm done for lunch.
