Sending Rooster In For Necropsy

Hello all, long time no see. Anyway, today one of my roosters died. He had been sick for awhile, and I had done everything I could to get him better, but nothing worked. I am wanting to send him in for a necropsy to see what was wrong, the thing is, I have no idea what to do. Like does it have to be a local lab, or can he be sent out of state? Thanks!
