Separating roosters out

I need to seperate 2 of 3 roosters out of my flock because they are tearing up my 28 hens. the only place I have is a seperate barn area about 30 feet away but it faces where the hens will be.
Will that keep them in the flock. So I can rotate them in to the flock when I want them to be

No, they won't stay members of the flock if kept separately.

Why do you want to rotate them out?

I don’t want to get rid of them
But I may have to get rid of 1

Keep a main Rooster with the hens and get rid of others...

I agree, adding and removing birds are hard on flock dynamics. Try it for a couple of weeks to make sure you like the rooster you want to keep, cause sometimes they change when you divide up roosters into a single rooster with hens.

Then make a final decision.

If you have a separate pen for them, there's no need to get rid of them.
