What a wonderfull swap today !
The rain wasnt as bad as it could have been, kinda the drizzly snotty rain thats not even worthy of a rain jacket.

There were some very stunning , beautiful birds, rabbits, Dream Catchers to Die for and the FUDGE!!!!!!
The soaps CheepTrick brought with her smelled good enough to eat!!
Cheep My Daughter will be hunting you down lol She went back to get the Pumpkin soap but you had left already.
I only got to walk around once today I was busier than a one armed paper hanger, but was able to secure a trio of Reeves Pheasants!!!
What a wonderfull find! I am very pleased with these birds.
We rushed home and immediately built them a nice enclosure, My poor son In Law lol , put his little self right to work.
Cassi's Silkys, Sultans and Polish are all under a heat lamp and chirping up a storm.
I so had to laugh on the way home she opened the box and all 5 babys rode home in her hand. the grin on her face was ear to ear.

It was a wonderfull day and I am totally happily exhausted!

Glad ya all liked the fudge!

Cheeptrick- I have already used the pumpkin spice soap. OMG it is heavenly.

We are thinking about taking the fudge and Festive Chicken to Deerfield NH for the chicken swap/show on October 12. Speaking of which, is that the same type of thing? Show up and take a space? Is there a fee? Anyone know? Or if not does anyone have the contact persons name and email.

*side note*cheeptrick do you go to Deerfield with your soaps?*

Hey...Thanks. I'll go to Deerfield if there is FUDGE there too!! (-; Keep me in the loop and I'll come with my soaps if it is like Milford set up and sell/swap. Just enough time to cure 2 batches of lavender and Oatmeal Milk and Honey. I could hot process them...

My dd's are getting the last bit of fudge in their lunches for school tomorrow!

I ate 4 pieces while making it...yummy!!

I'll work on my esty shop this week...I've got to get the photos up and my paypal back online. I promise...I'll dedicate myself to it. Kids back to school now and I thought I'd have more time...just have to stay off BYC so I can git'er'done!

I MISSED THE DREAMCATCHERS?? Are they the ones Spotted Crow makes?? OH MAN....I'll have to pm her to get one.

and did you see the way that roasted chicken left the building??? in a crate!!! cracked me up.

i believe, if i am not mistaken its a $5 or so fee there in deerfield, i will check on it and get back to you.

My husband, my granddaughter and I went to our first chicken swap yesterday there at the TSC. I was a bit disappointed we got there so late but will know next time to hit the road early.

We did go home at least with some Welsummers my husband had been wanting to get.

I was looking for some Buff Orpingtons and some Ameracaunas.

I am glad to have found this site to look out for more sells and swaps in the NH area.

Gypsy,You only bought reeves?I had blue eared,silvers,red goldens and black ringnecks there.Needless to say I went home with the blue eared and black ringnecks,but I did sell a few birds and even ran into a friend from 30 years ago.And he lives in the next town over,small world.Oct 5th is a NAS swap in Westford Ma.You need to be a member to get in.I think that is foolish,who cares who is buying,just make sure the sellers are members.

WE should...let me brainstorm venues...and chat around and see where we can hold one. Blue Seal, Agway, or Cheshire Horse? Or we could just have it out in a field somewhere??? I'll check around for ideas....
