Septic water safe to drink?? Ducks/chickens/geese

Soo.. our septic tank is acting up and is leaking water from the access point. I don't know if the water is cleaned or not before it gets to the access point ... My chicken run is a few feet away from it and of course down hill from the water . It's going into the run and I'm afraid the ducks and geese will drink it . Is it safe? It's grossing me the heck out if it is or not and I don't want them to get sick or die from it . TYIA❤

I wouldn’t trust it to be honest, I have a well water system and we just had our septic tank replaced. the water probadly isn’t clean. Good luck

Yeah, that's gross. Dig a trench to divert the water until you get it pumped or something.
