I got Serama chicks from a lady who lives 10 minutes away from me a few months back, She also gave me 5 roosters with one being a Crele... Since then I have seen her post many more roosters from her broodys and every single roo was a Crele!!!! I thought Seramas were suppose to be "spontaneous color throwers" in a sense....

Here is the cockerel she gave me ...

He's the one scooting in front of the run door in the 2nd pic..

i think you will get all different color out of that breeding and what ever shes breeding is throwing crele every time because she must be breeding the sams pair of birds you can get the same color every breeding out of the same pair change hen or roo and get different colorers ! hope that helps a little . i'm sure others will tell you more .

serama... yes...

bared is a sex linked and dominant gene... if you just get black serama, and one bared serama, you can easily breed bared serama in no time... the rest of the color is a toughie though...

but, i also see some mottling in him... and something else, since the gold doesn't start on the top of his head...

nice pair she is mottled and he almost looks like blue crele ? very pretty little guy . good luck and enjoy them.

I guess that would make sense since Star is Mottled an from what I get out of the people who bought Star's siblings, there is quite a few mottled in the batch!
