This is Baby Sarge (Son of the now deceased Sarge)
He is 7 years old and loves to come in the house.
He helped my 5 year old son win a champion showman ship class in December 08.

This is Tappy son of Baby Sarge. He is almost a year old. I just think he is pretty.

Baby Sarge and Goldie.
Goldie is 7 years old also and last July she sat and hatched out 7 eggs. It was her first time ever going broody.

Fun Facts: Am new to chickens and almost had a heart attack when I saw him sleeping like this... thought he was dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Note: looks like 2 different birds, but it's the same one, just darker & lighter camera exposure... flash woke him up then he flopped over again for picture #2 !!)
