Serama eggs from Castle Delight Seramas

My CDS babies are a week old now. I got two frizzled ones!

I was hoping to get some pointers on hatching seramas. I tried once already but out of 12 only 2 made it to lockdown & neither one made it. I had the temp at a constant 100° & humidity at 50% for first 18 days then at lockdown lowered temp to 98° & raised humidity to 68% (couldn't get it any higher).
I know serama are hard to hatch & they carry the lethal gene but am I doing it right? I am going to try one more time, have more eggs coming in 2 days, and really could use some opinions.
