ok so show is coming ever closer to us...if there is anyone who needs help getting birds ready please let me know.... we will do what we can to help...we being probably mostly me LOL
 
any new news yet kate on whether it will be a double show?

also i hear we will have golden state serama t-shirts avail for sale how exciting...... folks bring you money and support the club by buying a tshirt.
 
We forgot to bring the paperwork when we went to Kate's Sunday so we still have to send it in. How many birds can 1 person show? We have possibly 2 roos & 2 hens for my son to show, and that is on the off chance we get the other roo (that hasn't been trained by Jake) to cooperate.

Keep in mind, this is for experience for our son - get him to interact with other, etc. The more positive interaction we can have with others with him the better for his therapy.

I'd love for my son to have help, Pongo, but the distance is too far to be feasible. We have Jake here where we live and wish if we were to make arrangements when he is at the bad home every other weekend that she would actually take him...too bd some people don't give a rats...about their own children

OK...I guess the best we can do is ask if she can take him anywhere where there are willing people to help with showmanship and what to expect. He wont have his bird(s), we just can't risk what she would do to them.

the NOV show will be a double show both kate and amy have agreed to judge.

that said PLEASE GET YOUR ENTRIES IN EARLY AS POSSIBLE.....

CHECK IN AT 9am and youth will begin at 10am we are getting them out of the way first.

THERE WILL BE TSHIRTS AND HATS FOR SALE.... all proceeds will go to the GSSC so we can continue to grow the club.

that said if there is anyone that is wanting to become a GSSC member please PM myself or Cara so we can get that rolling.
there will be entry discount for club members.

That's right folks, due to the OVERWHELMING request, we are making this another double show. Amy Bullock is judging one, I am judging the other. Same time, same location. Junior exhibitors in both shows will be done in the morning and run simultaneously.
