Only 7 days away people......How is everyone with their birds???? Most of my are still molting, I have to replace a few of my males with females for show....I never like to show my females!!!!! The molting give me no choice but entering 3 male and 3 females for the show.

Hi, I live in Orange is this show open to the public? Do I need to get tickets ahead of time? Will there be food there or is anyone bringing food? What can I bring?

You do not need a ticket and yes, it is open to the public and we would love to have you! The judging starts with the junior exhibitors at 9:00am and open should start about noon for Show and followed by Show B. If you need any additional info, feel free to contact me at [email protected].
There is a $5.00 charge to get into the park.

Fyi to all, the $5.00 charge to get into the park has nothing to do with the Golden State Serama Council. We (GSSC) only charge a small fee for every bird enter in each of the show, the money help pay for the shows. The food and drinks are free thanks to all the donations from GSSC and SCNA members. We are a non profit organization so please help us out by donate what ever you can afford to keep us going for yrs to come. Many thanks to those who help us make the show possible.

WOW news to me, so we GSSC are paying a park use fee and a parking fee!! doubble whammy!! Well it is a good start in OC but thinking we will need an alternate location and month next show up north!! If we so something during the winter i think securing an indoor alternate area is a must!! people we are 6 days away!! getting excited. doing the no rain dance!!

Just a reminder to all who are enterining, birds will be inspected for any illness, and or paracites upon arrival. We know that all who are entering will understand. Birds who are found to have bugs on them and or be ill will be a DQ..

Please also be aware that we have a 50% chance of no rain for the show, please dress warm and if possible bring an easy up, and or some extra tarps.
