I've had similar result on my first hatch. Except mine died after 2 days. I bought those eggs on Ebay.My lone serama hatched Friday early afternoon and was like a limp noodle. He tried to move and just gave up after launching himself a couple times. I wasn't even sure if he would make it he was so weak. After some save a chick and rest sometime after midnight-7 am, he was sitting and slowly walking. It wasn't until yesterday afternoon that he really had his full energy and stability. I wonder if it's an issue more prone to seramas?
I think so too. 50% hatch rate is pretty desirable, especially if the eggs were shipped, and even more if the eggs were seramas.Thank you! Started with 12 shipped hatching eggs and got 6 to hatch out! Pretty good I think.
