Serama Pullet or Rooster?

This is my tiny Serama. I have been thinking all along it is a pullet, but now it is growing a small comb and wattles. This one was hatched September 18th and has always been much smaller than my other Serama chicks. The scale is dusty, but this chick is 6.0 oz at 9 weeks.Here is a photo I took today. What do you think? Hen or Rooster?

Looks rooish with the comb and wattles but the hackle feathers dont?
I'm guessing roo though, just a guess

I'm thinking cockerel. The face is too red for a pullet.
