Serama rooster considered Blue?

Happy 4th of July!
I'm rather new to chickens.. I have 6 Serama chicks that are 6 weeks old, and was wondering if my little rooster is considered a blue color. The breeder I got the hatching eggs from does have a blue rooster but he isn't exactly the color of what mine has hatched out to be. Thank you in advance!

Looks dusky, blue. I have an EE that's similar in appearance, but with silver instead of gold.
He wouldn't stay still.

I can try to get better pictures later, but I've got chicken chores to do.

He's not blue. He's blue with leakage. Blue had its qualifying meet to be added to ABA accepted colors for in cage showing and is up for acceptable. Blue males look almost black. They're pretty dark at first glance. Blue color correct females have lacing and are lighter blue in general compared to males. See the Serama council of North America for details on color standard. Your male would be DQ'd at an ABA show for the leakage if shown as blue. He'd have to shown as NSV (non standard variety) and couldn't go further than best variety. Not that you're asking about showing but that's what I personally relate color to. With over 2500 documented Serama colors it gets to be confusing for sure. Now, with tabletop Serama specific type showing (SCNA is a great resource for this too) there are no color restrictions and this is great fun. As a Serama owner if you haven't looked into this, you should! Shows are popping up all over the country this year! We're having our first sanctioned show here in Wisconsin in October 2023!
