Serama (depends what class I think? don't know much about Seramas): female 0.5-1.0 lbs, male 0.6-1.19 lbs.
Standard Cochins: female 8.5 lbs, male 11 lbs.
Bantam Cochins: female 1.6 lbs, male 1.8 lbs.

This was kind of confusing to type out, feel free to correct any mistakes if anybody knows better.

As for climate hardiness, i've read Cochins are hardy in the winter and I've also had them before where I live in 80-100 f heat and they did fine. Obviously all chickens in warmer climates need a coop that provides shade and access to fresh water, and in colder climates chickens need a coop with a heat lamp. Don't have any experience with Seramas, but i've attached an image from a different thread about Seramas climate hardiness that I think is helpful.

I have never had serama's. But both my standard and bantam Cochins have lived in the negatives and 80 degrees (f). My bantam cochin went broody and is and adorable sight to see!
