Serama with swollen/irritated eye

I hope so because I've ran out of options.

Probable just an eye infection or upper respiratory infection.
Get yourself some Tylan50 injectable or soluble. I have the soluble and I mix 1 teaspoon for every 1/2 gallon. Injectable works better but I was not able to find in my area. Anyways I use kids medicine syringe and directly inject some into the chickens beak and leave the rest for their only source of drinking water. Make a new batch of Tylan everyday. Best to isolate the sick bird in another cage or coop. Repeat for at least 3 days and up to 5. Don't use for too long as they can build a resistance to them. Usually works for me.

I thought baytril was better than Tylan50? At least that what I've read from past post. Am I wrong?

It doesn't appear to be swelling of the face, really. It just sort of looks like my eyes do when my seasonal allergies flare up, like the membranes are inflamed. Have you changed out your coop substrate recently?

No it's just plain wire. Nothing has really changed in his cage. As a matter a fact when I noticed that his eye started with the problem I separated him from his hen. So new cage, new conditions and the other eye started showing same problem. So I don't think it's something in his cage giving him allergies or something like that

400

Here's an update pic of his eye. Any other ideas?
So far what I've done is
5 days of baytril .01cc ( he only weighs 12 ounces)
3 days of nfz puffer
And I've separated him.
Other eye is showing same problem
