Serama with very red skin

I just found one of my roosters with very red skin-plus his feathers look a little curly. He acts fine, eating well, doesn't have worms-I had a specimen checked. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks so much.

maybe mites or lice. Did you already check for that? Here is some info, also do a search on here and see if that is what it is.
