I bought these guys as seramas, but they seem to be different from what I have read. they seem to breed true to color (so far), and they lay pretty good. here are some pics, if anybody has some info it would be appreciated.

white earlobes are indicative of Dutch bantams, but they could still be seramas. Some seramas can breed true to color, just maybe not all the time. And mine lay very well!

now I am thinking the roo is a red jungle fowl. the pics I have seen look more like them ,with the more definite colors than Dutch bantams

Can't just go on colors. Many breeds share color patterns. Black breasted red, silver duckwing, etc... common in multiple breeds. Leg colors differ, combs differ, wattles, ears, eyes, beak colors differ. Those are some of the defining marks you have to consider.
