Quote:
I know one guy who drank alcohol and ate ambien. He dreamed he ate a large marshmellow. That guy is still looking for his pillow.

welcome to the next 2 years of your life...LOL

On a serious note if there is no underlying issues then your sleep cycles will start to sort things out as soon as life returns to normal. Kelly and Tim home.. kids in school/work ect..

Boyd, you have a wife and new premature baby in the hospital. It is no wonder you can't go to sleep. Just try and relax a little with a couple shots and eventually you will fall asleep and have weird dreams about the baby and your wife and probably Ambien too.

That kid has your nose and mouth. No mistaken who the daddy is!!!!

I used the Disney flick Beauty and the Beast to mask daytime noises so I could nap while pregnant. 15 years later, I still can't stay awake past the opening theme song. Works like a charm every time!

Possibly try sleep exercises. I like this one where you lay down and you close your eyes. then you imagine your arms, then legs then torso and on, getting heavy. It usually helps me. or to visualize smoke from a candle, fog, or a calming scene.
