Honestly, at this point, I think you got her cleaned up as well as possible, got some ointment on the wounds. I think I would just let her rest, and gain some strength, and get over the trauma with as little agitation as possible. Keep her under close observation though, of course.

Since it was other chickens that did this to her (and not some nasty disease-prone predator), I think some peace and quiet and warmth will do her a lot of good. A bowl of food and water to herself, in a warm dimly-lit room.... I'd sure enjoy that myself lol!

One thing I would do as soon as possible though, is weigh her and keep monitoring it, to make sure she doesn't lose too much weight if she isn't eating well. I think a day or so will make a big difference.

If she is going downhill instead of getting better, then I'd re-access. Sorry, I'm not one to fret so much, so this may be horrible advice to some, but just throwing out another option.
