Candled my SLW eggs last night. I have 7 that have very active, bouncing baby chicks and 5 that are clear. How are everyone else's doing? This is my first hatch so it's pretty exciting to see the developmnet. I set the 26th so we are due to hatch 9/15.

I candled mine on day 4 or 5 and out of the 30 silkie eggs 8 were clear, or had a blood ring and last night I found one that was a quitter but still developed. Not sure why it died. (The best rate I've ever had on shipped eggs). The rest are still in the bator and I will candle them on the 14th and 18th.

I set a tray of 4 dozen LF eggs on the 25th, so I am just slightly ahead of you guys. My Bator was off(yeah, I know, shocking) for vacation. Now I can only fit 4 more dozen in before that cabinet is full. I have been using the other cabinet for a Hatcher. Plus I have three styrofoam bators and a reptipro. Have a bunch of quail eggs I set for the hatch along on the 1st of Sept. as well. So excited to have more coming along !

Mine are going on lockdown tonight! I may be doing a livestream with them if my internet isn't shut off again.
I will repost how many are going into lockdown later and a link to the livestream

I don't have any in an incubator, but have a broody hen that started sitting on her stash on the 27th I think...

I wish I could do live stream, it would be neat. Can't take the hen in, can't take the computer out..... :|
