how are the new babies doing???????? I just called the DH and no action yet

but it is only day 19......

Well....my first pip is out, but I had to help him/her. She/he became shrink-wrap tighter than I've ever seen. But the baby chick seems to be fine. Crossing them fingers and hoping for more pips. This chick was a two days early according to my calculations so I'm gonna leave her/him in the bator.

yeah, my hatch date is really Friday.......but I am so impatient!!!!! I want them to start!!!!

I don't think that will delay it. But I seem to have bantam chicks early. Also, I keep the eggs until day 25 to make sure if they are gonna hatch or not. Unless of course they start smelling weird.

Yeah, that is my thought too! I am off this Friday which is day 21, so hopefully

thats when they will are start!!!!!
