OMG my first pip! I am soo excited lol

Now question is.... I am going away tonight untill tomorrow afternoon/early evening, do you think they would all be fine untill i get back? I mean, they need to stay in the bator for a while to dry out anyway, so even if they hatched over night i wouldn't be able to touch them till tomorrow night anyway right? x

They should be fine. I should have went away some where. My nerves were frazzled waiting and watching, not able to touch or anything!

LOL i am seriously going to be 'on edge' while away! However it might take overnight to hatch as the pip is now very large! this little guy really want out! lol

Congrats to all the chicka mommas.

My bator is all clean and ready to go again. My Daughter-n-law told a lady she works with that I would hatch 30 guinea eggs for her on the halves!!!! OH MY.... She is bringing them after work today. I already have 22 chicken eggs myself. I think I am going to run down to the feed store and buy another bator, with a TURNER. Don't think mine will hold all that, and that's a lot of eggs to turn by hand???
Tuffy is doing fine. It does have a slight club foot. I haven't bothered to sex It yet. I figured it's been through enough rite now. At least I have an Aracona and Australorp roo I was hoping for. The other 3 are pullets.
Guess I better get off here and go get that bator and get it ready to set guinea eggs tomorrow.
