Set eggs February 12th! Hatch a long with me!

I have no idea!!! There is no blood ring or anything, I am thinking it is the temperature as this stupid thing varies so much. I check them at night, they are all wiggling around and then in the morning some are gelatinous blobs (gross I know). I cracked them open and it was so neat to see (although wish they would have lived!) they had beaks and wings and feet/toes. Poor chickies.
So, down to 11 and we are only on day 10. I am going to buy a Brinsea mini advance once these are done and then try incubating in that as this is just not going well for me.

ETA about your second post, I wish I that had many eggs as I obviously epically fail at incubating!!! I also wish I could find some partridge Cochins, I just can't!!! UGH

Awww....don't be so hard on yourself! It can be touchy! I have lost 2 batches of duck eggs I tried. Now I know my humidity was way too low for ducks. You just have to keep trying. I just started tracking my temps and humidity with this hatch so I can see what might give me better hatch rates. PLUS, the thermometers I am using in 2 of the bators, I'm not sure how accurate they are....we shall see.

I am starting with Blue/Black?Splash Cochin bantams this year...some frizzled. Cute little buggers

I know, it is just frustrating. Last batch at the end of it all I ended up with 6/24 and now only day 10 and 11/33. Brutal.
How do you get frizzled?

I ordered 3 Black Frizzled Cochin bantam females from Murray McMurrays last spring. This weekend I am trading a black for a white with someone I found on CL.

That's neat, have you ever bred the frizzles before?
I never find anything good on craigslist, ever. Nothing ever comes up in the seach results, no matter what I search. Lol I must be doing something wrong.

Mine?? It's one of my chicks right after they were born and fluffed laying on a blanket lol.

Another one bites the dust this morning, 10 left.

Man, sorry to hear that...what do you think is the problem? Temps/humidity?

Temperature, i'm almost 100% sure. I'm excited to incubate in an actual incubator!

Here is a picture of one of my candled eggs from Sunday. Sorry for such the delay, it was hard to get good pictures.
