Setting 3doz eggs tomorrow 8/11!!! Hatching buddies???

Mine is an LG still air and incubating is so addicting

I only lasted two weeks and then the bator is back and running

with 36 eggs yeah!!!!!!!

well, my turkey hen died yesterday. A freak accident.

Fortunately, to learn the ins and outs of incubating, I have been practicing on her eggs: 9 in the brooder now, set 15 eggs on the 10th and took her last 3 from the 'fridge and set those too.

Using a homemade incubator with a cooler, 60 watt bulb, WHT and desk fan. Using the LG as the hatcher.

Anyone candled yet? I set 21 Sizzle eggs on the 11th. I candled tonight and chunked 8 of 'em due to no veining. 13 of the shipped eggs have veining and appear to be developing normally. This will be my first batch of Sizzles and I'm uber excited (as my daughter would say).

there is little spiders in there

and i checked some that i had in the fridge for a week or two and they have vanes too
