Snazzyboots, my chicks are doing great. Have you set yet?

yup i set them this morning.

all the babies from the previous hatch are doing so well. even the little one that i thought wouldn't make it. still really tiny but thriving

So I think I am batting a million today. So I am in lockdown with other eggs and had to open the bator to help with a pip, that was at 2:45pm and I just went to check on it, WELL, I did not put the lid all the way down found it like that at about OH 5:30pm

Can I play too? I have my very first hen go broody on me last weekend

. Yesterday we set 13 bantam eggs under her, so in 21 days we'll see.

oh no. how many are there? any other pips? hopefully they will be alright.

she is a BLRW Wyandotte and we set bantam cochin and mixed cochins under her. My friend has a gorgeous barred roo and his sister who is the most beautiful color. I have been trying to steal her for a year

well you can't beat yourself up about it. at least you shouldn't. if there were no pips should be ok right?
