Two rows of wing feathers generally is a hen,
One even row of wing feathers is usually a cockeral.

so i went and checked my babies. if this is correct i have 3 girls out of 9. there really is a big difference in some of them(maybe boys vs girls) 3 have all the wing feathers and are getting tail feathers and look more grown up and the others have only the one row of wing feathers and no tails. they are 7 days today. guess it is a good thing i'm incubating more eggs huh? lol

Try this one.. An old farmer once told me that if the egg has a rounded end it should hatch out girl, pointy end should hatch out to be boy. So maybe count how many you think are girls and how many you think are boy and she what you come up with. Just for fun.
