LOL, I did the same the other day. I had black ameraucanas and black olive eggers and banded the two ameraucanas. I was out of #4s and used 5s. The next day they were off. I couldn't find the bands that came off. Then two of my little buff orps died. I'm not sure if they ate them or what. Gotta order some more bands.
