Setting eggs, anyone want to join me? Hatch-Along

Lol this is my first! Oh and does anyone know how I can get rid of some hatching eggs fast? I have nearly a dozen only 4 from it. I don't want them to go bad! I had started collecting on the 10th cause some one said they'd buy a dozen and now they won't answer back! I'm fretting cause I know they are fertile. My hubby won't eat them because they are fertile. He's funny like that haha. But yea I have them posted every where! Haha.

You might want to candle at this point, because if you have some that are infertile they could go rotten and explode underneath her killing the eggs that get the bacteria-ridden goop on them.

It'll be easy to tell at this point with a quick glance :)

I candled again today with a better flashlight. I had 4 that were most definitely clear. So, that leaves me with 7. The 7 that are still good had nice veining and little wiggling black spots (3 of them were refrigerated- not bad that 3 managed to survive I think). Can't wait to see what the chicks look like, most of them are from my blue Silkie roo and porcelain (blue cream) hen so they should be interesting!

I have candled some of mine. I have two batches going at the same time. The first ones are 10 day today. Out of the 31 that I started with so far I've only had to toss 7! The rest are doing pretty good too. I will be candleing them on Tuesday. I think I am up to like 50-55 eggs in the incubator now. But I never expect all of them to hatch.
