Setting eggs June 3rd. Need hatching buddies! Lets have some fun!

Just peeking in.... I would look at air cells and make sure they're intact, everything is at room temp and then put the lil guys in.... I usually let them rest for 12 hours or so.... but I'm just now watching my first ones hatch so what do I know??? Have lost a bunch so learning has taught me something I suppose.

Incubator is warming up...50% humidity and 99.4 degrees Fehrenheit. We are on our way!

I had 6 hatch yesterday, but the first one died shortly after. Had 2 more with pips when I went to sleep last nite. One had a very big one and I expected more babys this morning, but nothing!! They were really due to hatch today, but the first one that died started day before. I set 12 eggs altogether. I will need to take the chicks out tomorrow so I hope the rest hurry up. This was my first hatching! I have 21 ready to set as soon as these come out. That should put start day 2nd or 3rd. However long it takes to clean bator and set temp. I found a forum here of hatching buddys on this hatch and it was great to have others to enjoy the experience with. Some were first hatchers like me and it was a great help and support team. Glad I found this thread. Good luck everyone!

Eggs are here. Out of 12, 2 are questionable. One has what looks like a crack in the shell, can't see it without the flashlight, but you can feel that it's raised. The other has the air bubble floating around. I have another that is shaped a little funny, but other than that it looks okay. I only have room for 7. The rest, I am trying to make a makeshift incubator to get through the first few days to see which ones take and which do not. I have one that looks clear....no yolk....its a dark egg though so I am wondering if I just don't see it.

I will ride along with you guys if you dont mind , I set my first set of eggs on the 18th my next set of eggs went in today and I am expecting 30 saterday and another 18 hopefully The week after. So at some point I think my hatching days should match fairly closely to some of yours
