I built the house we are in now 31 years ago...soooo....I know what I want in a house this time. Looking forward to updates on yours!!

yah for babies guys! congrats..Well Ive gone from 93 degrees to 99.0 argh almost 24 hours its taking for the temps to go back up..I think my heating coil is going? My hatch will definitely NOT be on time:-( ughh It better be higher by tonight at bedtime...
