You guys do know - you WILL peep under the broody just like the incubator. It can't be helped

I had a broody that has eggs and now there are three hens trying to sit on the 6 eggs. Broody is terribly contagious.

It is very cold here unfortunately. I am going to set them up inside this weekend.

I have a broody silkie and I can't help myself but to peep under there and make sure all is well and she just started a few days ago. Should hatch out around Feb 21st if I have my days right.

UGH!!! my humidity just went up to 75 should I be freaked out?

Do you have a plug you can remove to let it go down just a bit? No need to freak out. I looked back at your earlier posts and you are on day 19 with eggs rocking? Is it possible some have pipped? If so, your humidity will jump like that once the hatch starts. Good luck to you!!!!

I just went back and looked, it's back down to around 68. I think what happened was that the windows are so foggy, so I had a desk lamp up really close to the window trying to see in. Temp went up just a touch and humidity spiked for a bit.

These foggy windows are going to kill me.

i think my husband is getting tired of me running downstairs and trying to find a dent in the eggs. lol its only day 19 but they have been rocking since yesterday.
I want fluffys!
