Going to try and hope for the last egg in lockdown to hatch, then i am going to clean out my hatcher, and let the 25 hatch in the incubator and set the new eggs in the hatcher LOL..

He decided when he went out to the yard that the large toad wasn't supposed to be there so he tried to carry it away. Toad slime causes vomiting, diarrhea and frothing at the mouth so he looks a bit rabid and feels a bit ashamed but he should live through it.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that you get a good hatch this time. I am on my second for this year so far so good except the thunder storm lol. All we can do is wait and see.

My dozen (7 BOs, 5 Penedesencas) went in lockdown this morning. I am trying not to get too antsy about this hatch. When I candled this a.m. the old slide projector I use was not working and I had to use a flashlight, so couldn't see as well but about half of them look iffy to bad. I left them in anyway because I'm not 100% positive. I think there was just too much shake-rattle-and-rolling going on during their trip to TX. I'll be satisfied with whatever I get out of this one.
