setting eggs tonight 6/23 anyone else???

I pulled one due to a blood ring and 2 more as they were clear
I am down to 9 with great movement

Bad news is we lost power for 13 hours last night

Hoping the 6 jars of 100 deg water I added along with running the generator periodically kept everyone safe. Only time will tell

I'm down to 10 of the 24 I started with. 7 of the 8 little mixed hen eggs are going great 1 I cracked hoping it's okay. Out of the 12 GC eggs only 2 stand a chance.

We are getting close. I have 7 that look really, great even after a 12 hour power outage and 2 I believe have quit.
Lockdown is coming soon!!

Checked mine at day 10 and had one non fertile egg and obvious movement in 4, the other I'm not sure about. 10 more days to go....

I'm getting antsy lol can't wait till lock down tomorrow. They are all so dark now I can't see anything candling so I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Setting eggs means to set them up in the incubator for hatching.



I am officially into lock down now

7 have made it to lockdown

3 Lavendar Orps and 4 Split Black Lavendar Orps

We're locking down tomorrow. I'm nervous! I really hope we get a decent hatch. I candled a few days ago and had 14 left that were looking good. They're so dark now that only the veins near the aircells are visible.
