Setting eggs tonight and having a lot of trouble with humidity.

as a mater of fact, just having a dry looking reservoir with wet interior could make the hum% even higher than a full reservoir...

After I dumped the water out I took a washcloth and soaked a lot of the left over drops out. I'm sure I left some water, but hardly any. The humidity reading after taking the water out was lower, not higher. But it was still reading higher than I think it should have been... I really think it's my hydrometers. I refilled it with just a tiiiiny bit of water and now I'm getting a reading of 55% with one and about 67% with the other... Hopefully I'll have better luck this evening with the Petco one.

My incubator isn't in a place where there should be extra humidity. And I live in Tennessee, which I don't think has too high of humidity-- especially not this time of year.
