I set some in last month and this month this my 2nd time I h sve 14 duck eggs in there and 2 dozen rir eggs and 2standerd cochin eggs in there
I'm crossing my fingers for all of us. I set mine to where they will h atch with a full moon
Have any of y'all heard about it being a better hatch :/on full moon???

Thanks everyone, really wanted a silver laced brahma baby and the one I lost was the cutest ever. Here's pics of my 4 gold laced brahma babies hatched on 8/3. The club foot chick is doing really well. Changing his/her leg braces tonight, hope I see some straightening of the little ankles

we had a black & white tv with rabbit ears & aluminum foil til I was 10yo....then we upgraded & got a COLOR TV!!!....woohoo

I luved watchin "Mutual of Omaha Animal Kingdom" with my Dad....enforcing the "Ole Folk Tales & workin with all the farm animals.
IT WAS AWESUM!!!!!
PLus all the old western series like Rifleman, Bonanza, Petite Coat Junction....the good ole days!!!...lol

But did have to ask to watch Captain Kangaroo & Bozo the Clown every now & then

My lonely Brahma egg was moving on Saturday. So figured I would give til Sunday (day 25). But there was nothing I could do. She didn't make to Sunday so we decided to see what went wrong.

The yolk was bigger than the chick. Her beak was still tucked down towards its tummy. She was so tiny compared to all my other Brahma chicks I've hatched. Wonder that would have cause that!

This batch was just terrible from the start. First bad packing/broken eggs, some eggs were infertile and the one larger lonely egg didn't develop properly. But then I was too hopeful and wanted to give a first time eBay seller a chance.

I still want more Brahmas, just think maybe it would be better to wait for spring.
