Setting my eggs tonight (April 10) Any tips?

So CUTE!!! I am gonna go nuts this weekend...On a good note, my Naked neck silkie rooster is 7 months old...I didn't think he was mating with the hens, until yesterday when I saw him...lets just say Im gonna collect my eggs over the next few days and they are gonna go in my bator....maybe i'll get some silkie babies...with naked necks

I have one right now that is pipped on the bottom. I left it for now, I just think they get turned around sometimes.
The air cell is on the big end, an internal pip is into the air cell but not the external egg shell

Still no progress... Im gonna go make some coffee... wait... caffinated black tea sounds nice instead.

None of my eggs have done anything...My rooster is in the pen with a white hen ( not sure what she is) a buff orpington, a barred rock, 2 ameracaunas, a grey jungle fowl...outta be a neat combo...not real sure what the heck i'd get...
