setting up incubator

hey everyone! new to the forum world of chickens and incubating so giving this a try. I have incubated chicken eggs in ur small Styrofoam incubators and have had great luck. last year me and brother bought a 6100 series Phoenix incubator and new to all the crazy controls it has and considering it only came with a product description packet and NOT a owners manual im having trouble controlling the temperature in it. the controls are electronic 1600 series Love Controller which seams to have diff menus to control from. I have the manual for the controller but its not very user friendly. curious if anyone has any experience with these or knows of a good youtube video for help? the company no longer exists for phoenix so forums are all I can think of for help. here's a picture to help out.
