Setting up the bator and setting shipped eggs this week....anyone else wanna join?

I have one out.and one pip.I set three early and the rest are not due till Saturday. I hope for tons more pips in the next few days..

as far as your Wyndottes..

looks like 1 SLW...2 BLRW, (blue and splash) Not sure on these..you could have a black I can't see the color well. Post more pictures in a week and I might know for sure.

Thanks everyone for the congrats.

All I can say is I read everything I could get my hands on about fertile eggs and hatching in incubators. It may have only been 3 eggs, but it feels like a million to me!!

Thanks everybody! I had a surprise when I went to take the eggs out from under my broody hen so I could put my D'uccle chicks with her. She hatched 2 out of 4 of her eggs! I thought they were all dead. So happy! So now she has 7 chicks to take care of and seems very happy. Pictures of the "family" soon.
 
Your babies are so adorable...fuzzy little cuties!!! Congrats Melinda!! Is there still snow on the ground there? 


Thank you! I tell you, they are little rolly polly balls of fluff - so cute! We have aptches of snow left. The temps keep creeping up to the low 40s, so it should melt off pretty quickly. I hear you guys are getting some cooler temps too. Hope all your fruit trees are OK!
