Several types of poultry. I need help!

We currently have three cornish cross broiler chicks and a barred rock roo (Andy picked that one out, so I will probably use him as my breeder for my layer hens later). I also have two turkey poults of unknown breed on hold at the feed store (they'll arrive on the 15th), two pekin ducklings on hold and three rouens. I may try calling tomorrow and switching the rouens out for buffs, since they are apparantly faster growers and better layers. I am also scoping around for breeders/ducklings for scovies or pekin breeders. I found 27% unmedicated game bird starter at the feed mill. Now, I have plenty of questions. How much feed should I expect to feed each individual duckling to butcher weight? How about the same for a turkey and ditto for the chickens. I plan to feed everyone the same 27% feed. I know that I can feed a lesser protein, but it's actually cheaper to feed the higher protein. Also, can I keep the turkeys and ducklings together? I was going to use a baby pool to brood them. I do not plan on free-ranging any of the meat chickens, ducks or turkeys. Thanks guys! I have plans, but haven't done a whole lot of research just yet.
