Severe balance problems in 8 week cockerel

I think he has an ear infection, drunkenly staggering and losing balance but he still has strength to jump and perch, normal poops, strong appetite, red normal looking comb

Can you look in his ears for any signs of pus, discharge or infection?

I checked them, no signs but the inner ear ones usually aren’t that visible right? It’s the only diagnosis I can think of.. they are keeping him on vitamins still though

If the ear is infected, you'd see pus, inflammation, swelling.

I'm sorry he's not improving a lot. Hard to know what's happening.

Since you've seen Wry Neck within this group before, he may have something chronic that will continue to crop up now and again.
