Severe mite infest- permethrin application help, please

Hi.
I just ordered Martin's Permethrin 10% online(1 qt, 32 oz) to use on my hens and in the coop.
Do I dilute it or use it straight?
Any assistance on how to most effectively apply it would be great.

Dilute it with water then spray coop and birds. Take all the nesting and shavings out of coop and spray all the cracks and crevices.

1 oz permethrin 10 to 1.5 gallons of water. Reapply in 7 to 10 days. We leave the new nesting and liter material in coop second application. A garden pump sprayer or bottle sprayer.

I could say that everyone talks about the mites but they all use DE instead of something that works.
