I had a chick that almost died, but like @Beloved Turkey , I gave him extra attention, put triple antibiotic on the wound, and fed him eggs, and gave him vitamin water, and before I knew it, he was alert, and his feathers started growing back!

Keep applying your ointment and clean her eye with saline at least once daily. You can put Original Neosporin in her eye to help with infection.
It will take time for her to heal, just tend to her daily like you have been doing.
