Severely injured vent- recovery possible?

These photos are from today. Yes I’m soaking her in warm water, using the iodine, neosporin.
She cannot poop now. She could on day ~7-11 post injury but now we’re on day 14 and she hasn’t pooped in 3 days..
do you suggest I lubricate a qtip and really try to open this? I have a tried a little, but she seems like it’s so painful and it’s to no avail- no poop.
Should I really get in there? What would y’all do?

Yes, you need to unblock the vent. Not pooping for 3 days, she won't last much longer.
