Even though I could only stay a little while It was great to meet a few people and see some chickens. Thanks for hosting such a cool get together. Not sure Im planning on dying chicks in the egg any time soon but really cool.

Monet and I are going to try to shoot a video on making the PVC pipe feeders. I just need to survive today's last day of homeschool co-op and then we'll start working on it! If the video doesn't work out, I'll write out directions with photos and post them.

Thank you Karen for hosting such a lovely afternoon. It was a pleasure meeting everyone and finally puting faces with the names of people I've meet over the past year on BYC.

You are so welcomed, all of you are & THANK YOU Wendy for all the pictures. It was so nice looking at all of them & recalling all the fun. This picture is perfect.......it is my grand daughter Olivia manning the cotton candy machine with my little grandson waiting & your 2 lovely daughters. Wish you could have stayed all day.

And THANK YOU Jules. It couldn't have happened without all your help & Dyann's @Chooklet help too. My family all pulled together & worked so hard helping so I could do this I hope I can find a way to show my appreciation. It makes me emotional thinking about it....LOL I may have been the planner & the shopper but it was all of you that made it happen.
I am so happy everyone seem to have such a good time & appreciate all the nice comments coming it. It was so worth it & I feel bad for those that didn't get to come.
I now have several Pita Pinta babies in the brooder from @PetRock , 4 BCMs @Papa Brooder to darken my egg color, 2 showgirls from @Chiquita , CLB hatching eggs from @CackleJoy . I think the trade/buy/sell area & all those hatching eggs available were great. They generated so much interest.
My regret is that I didn't get to talk to each guest as much as I would have liked too. I hope I didn't leave anyone out.
Thank you to Sarah Carson for the chick dyeing demo. I will definitely be trying that for my hatches that has multiple breeds in them.
I hope the Fodder Feeders work well & the greens box too. I didn't get to see who won that. Just keep it watered & watch it grow. The top is a tight fit.
I think Jules has a list of everyone from when they got their name tag & raffle ticket. It will be fun going through it & recalling everyone while it is fresh in my mind.
Thanks for the donations too. Not expected but very thoughtful.

That's great Debi. If you did a demo I missed it. I took groups to the chickens twice so missed whatever was going on while I was gone. I missed the raffle but won a nice fingernail polish/nail art bucket for Olivia to thank her for manning the machines & all her help.......Perfect.!!!!! I am so glad I bought those machines. They were such a hit with the kids & that is just what I had hoped for.
