Sex, breed? All the questions today!

Would love opinions on all the facts of this chicken. I got this one with three others as chicks back in midMay, so we are around 12-13 weeks. The other three all turned out to be boys - big red combs, crowing, etc. I was sure this baby was a girl in comparison. But now that they are gone... I'm less confident.
What do you all think, pullet or cockerel? Advertised as an Easter Egger, which I think could definitely be true, but interested in breed/heritage guesses as well! (The others were not true to advertisement).
