Hi everyone :)
We bought chicks from a week old and were told they were lemon pyle brahma's. There are two tall ones and one that you can see is very small and has a large comb although brahma's shouldn't have a big comb!!!
Can anyone tell me what they are and the sexes? They are about 8 weeks now.

Thankyou :)

thankyou ,finally got some new pics up. they are actually around 11 weeks old.
I was thinking the larger ones are hens a they look more like our golden brahma hen.

thanks the 1st and last pic are the same chicken...........don't mean to be rude but how sure are you about the 2nd pic being a roo as every day it looks more like our golden brahma which lays eggs, ie the comb, feet ,chest, stance just not sure about the tail feathers

Not rude, it's called wanting to understand- which is admirable!

my guess is based on it seems darker feathers are starting to come out on the wing bow(arm). It also looks 'tall'- to me brahma roos look taller and not as broad, hens look very short and also very heavy bodied. This one has the taller, leaner look.

Will say am not very confident on guessing the brahma as male, just right now my guess leans male for above reasons.

wasn't asked ;) but the other is a pekin because it has the classic pekin body plus that's a single comb not a pea comb.

thankyou for your help sorry didn't want to question your knowledge as we really didn't want 3 boys :( ,they have got quite long necks that's very true. I was also told they are lemon pyle blue buff brahmas could that be the reason for darker feathers?
here are some more photos to help
