Sex link question

I crossed a Silver DeathLayer Roo with Americauna hen. Will this cause sex linking? Any traits specific to males offspring?

For sexlinking to happen, the hen has to be silver and rooster red. Regardless of the color of your Easter Egger, the cross won't work

Thank you I am new to chicken life. I am relieved. Didn’t really care to have sex link. Not even sure what Red rooster would be. Or Silver Hen. Could you give me examples?

Umm, wait a minute. Are you talking about the OPs birds in particular, that you know from some other post are Easter Eggers?

Ameraucana are most definitely a breed. They are crossed with other breeds to make EE's.
Unless this is a matter of spelling, for instance I saw one hatchery that called theirs Americanas and they were visually obvious EE's.
But Ameraucana is a ludicrously awkward name to spell so I wouldn't be relying on individuals spelling to identify breeding. Unless you have some other info?

Ahh, I see.
For myself, I have to double check the way I'm spelling it every single time because it's the most nonintuitive spelling ever, lol.
I do have real Ameraucana but that doesn't stop my brain from trying to fix the spelling without my notice.

But I do note the OP is both new here, and has a Silver Deathlayer so clearly was able to get hold of at least one rare breed
